Seemed appropriately fitting for her. Here's hoping the rest of you get some 'lawls' out of it.

HAPPY NEW YEAR! Indeed.
Lindsay's new glasses came out well. They're bold, and playful, and suit her perfectly.
Mario's Via Abruzzi put on a wonderful New Years Eve dinner, to be enjoyed by all. Perfect black-angus steaks, well-done creme brulee, good drinks, exceptional company, and really bad jokes made for a celebration to remember. A compliment of wandering musicians capped the night - they began by serenading the lady at the head of the table next to ours, turned and wished us a Happy New Year, and finished with a very upbeat, smiley song. Choice words were earned.
A giant, dense murder of crows met us at the top of the walkway off of South Clinton, beyond ABVI. I'm not sure I've -ever- seen quite that many birds in such a small space at any other given time. Then the fireworks. The City of Rochester did a bang-up job at quite a display of fireworks this evening, covering all four corners of the city with class. Giant, beautiful champagne bursts, and golden willows. Bright, giant finale.
And a beautiful young lady to share a New Years kiss with at the height of 2008.
To a landmark year. I could not ask for more.
